2024 VLSI Physical Design Fundamentals Certification

Tresemi, in collaboration with the Vietnam National Innovation Center (NIC), FPT Corporation, Cadence Corporation, Danang University of Science and Technology, and VNU-HCM University of Technology, successfully launched its inaugural Physical Design class. Running from February to May 2024, the program was made possible through generous donations from all partners, enabling 85 full scholarships. This ensured the program was 100% free and accessible to the best talents, including those facing financial hardship, thereby attracting exceptional individuals to the semiconductor field.

The class was taught by seasoned practicing engineers from the USA, each with at least 25 years of experience in the relevant subjects. Hands-on labs were held in three major cities in Vietnam—Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City. Students also received invaluable mentorship from experienced engineers representing Tresemi, FPT, Qorvo, HCL Tech, and XLink IC. Upon successful completion, qualified candidates were awarded certificates by reputable partners, further validating their skills and enhancing their opportunities in the semiconductor industry.
